MATERIALS: Biltwell handlebars are precision crafted with 100% seamless, .120" wall 4130 chromoly.

EASY FIT: The Biltwell handlebars are dimpled for use with stock H-D controls.

TIG WELDING: All the joints on our multi-piece bar designs are precision cut, mitered and TIG welded by hand. We don't polish the welds on Biltwell handlebars. Any TIG beads as good-looking as ours should be front and center for everyone to enjoy.

SHIPPING. All our bars are shipped in custom boxes, wrapped in cloth to protect the finish and then packed in recycled paper.
