Open Face Biltwell Novelty Helmet- Mega Flake-Sunburst Orange

This is the next generation of Biltwell helmets. It's the same lightweight and comfortable shell but with a few significant upgrades. The flake is much bigger and crisper, hence the "Megaflake" name. Vintage style chrome strip around the opening is pure class and only available on a Biltwell. The new liner now has detail stitching and contrasting ventilated panels in the top. The embossed goggle strap has a new shape and an improved snap.

These are by far the nicest novelty helmets we have found on the market today. Biltwell has spent a great deal of time developing these helmets and it shows. They have a nice, tight shell that is flexible enough to fit almost any size cranium! There is NO styrofoam liner inside these helmets, just some lycra and the right amount of padding for comfort. Without the rigid foam liner, the plastic is flexible enough to allow virtually any dome to fit inside. The liner is easily removable with snaps and velcro, so you can wash out the crud on a regular basis.

Color selection ranges from the classic solid gloss Jet Black, Matte Black or Silver to the metal flake finishes which give a bit more FLASH. The six metal flake colors available are: Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, Orange and the ever popular Rootbeer. Just remember--One size fits all! OK... one last word on the "one size fits all" so that AJ doesn't get a thousand calls asking "I’ve never seen a helmet in one size that fits everyone. How is this possible"? Here's the deal.. Women with size 6-3/8 heads all the way up to thick-necked bruisers with 7-7/8 craniums have tried on Biltwell helmets, and everyone praises their comfort. Biltwell has achieved this by eliminating the rigid foam shell and replacing it with soft, compliant open-cell foam padding stitched and glued inside a comfortable, moisture-wicking brushed Lycra cover. The soft foam liner conforms to the wearer’s head to create a perfect fit regardless of what size head or hairstyle hides inside the helmet.
