So far I have been very disappionted with the service. I understand that the lead times are 3-4. Well, after 3-4 weeks I was told by AJ that it would be done within a week. Now after that 5th week, I was told that they are all on vacation and it won't be done untill they come back.
I would be as upset if he would of just told me that was the case instead of telling me it would be done. Especially since I am going to be out of the country now, and don't know when or how I will pick the package. So disappointing....I really thought being made in America was the way to go. Hurts my feelings to say that...
Licks Response: John - we understand your frustration. Unfortunately this product is one that sometimes has heavy demand and we do our best to fulfill those demands as quickly as possible. The website clearly states that "We are running no less than a three week delivery time THIS IS AN ESTIMATE!!! It may take longer due to volume demand and the availability of leather". As far as vacation, well the timing of it may have been poor for your situation but we make no apologies for taking one week out to the year off to spend with our families.
